UPDATE: Missing Teenager

HOPKINS COUNTY, KY—On September 1st, a 19 year-old Earlington resident, Jodi Powers, was reported as missing by her mother. The following day, September 2nd, the Earlington Police Department handed the case over to the Kentucky State Police for further investigation.
