WEBSTER COUNTY, KY - Dorothy E. Sprague, 93, Salem, died at 8:50 p.m. Tuesday, July 27, 2010, at Livingston Hospital and Healthcare Services in Salem.
She was the former owner and operator of the Western Auto Store in Salem. She was a member of Salem Church of Christ and the Salem Birthday Club.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert F. Sprague; her parents, Noble and Mary Caton Denton; and one son, Robert D. Sprague.

Survivors include two sons, Steve Sprague of Grand Rivers, Ky., and Orin Sprague of Signal Mountain, Tenn.; one granddaughter; and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, July 30at Whitsell Funeral Home in Sturgis. The Rev. Daniel Askew will officiate. Burial will be in Pythian Ridge Cemetery in Sturgis.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Boyd Funeral Directors in Salem and after 10 a.m. Friday at Whitsell Funeral Home in Sturgis.
